Authorized Entry and Exit Ports in Armenia
7 official checkpoints where Armenia eVisa holders may enter and exit — international airports and land borders with Georgia and Iran.
Ports of Entry for Armenia eVisa
Your Armenia eVisa is accepted only at designated immigration checkpoints. You must enter and exit through one of the authorised ports listed on this page — this applies whether you hold an electronic visa obtained online or a visa on arrival.
Armenia maintains 2 international airports and 5 land border crossings open to foreign nationals with valid entry documents. Airports are the main route for most travellers; land borders with Georgia and Iran support overland Caucasus itineraries.
Apply for your eVisa before travel so airlines can verify your documents at check-in. Carry a printed or offline copy of your approval letter together with a passport valid for at least six months.
Note: Land borders with Azerbaijan and Türkiye are closed for regular passenger traffic. Plan overland routes via Georgia or Iran only.
