Overview of Refund Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before continuing with your Armenia eVisa application.
We highly recommend verifying all information entered — including passport details, travel dates, nationality and supporting documents — before finalizing and paying for your application to avoid errors that may affect processing or refund eligibility.
If you find any incorrect details in the data you submitted to us, please notify us immediately through our Contact Us page for assistance.
a. No Refund Will Be Issued In the Following Cases
- Your Armenia eVisa application has already been processed or submitted to the competent authorities.
- The acknowledgment or confirmation email contains incorrect details due to mistakes made during your submission.
- You decide not to travel to Armenia.
- You are denied entry at an Armenian immigration checkpoint or border post.
- Your visa is refused because of incomplete, inaccurate or non-compliant application data or documents supplied by you.
- You fail to provide required supporting documents within the requested timeframe.
If we have not yet processed your eVisa application, you may be eligible for a refund. However, refunds are not guaranteed and are provided at our discretion, based on whether any expenses have already been incurred on your application. To improve your chances of a refund, you must contact us immediately after making payment through the Contact Us page.
Any refunds issued (either partial or full) will be a courtesy and are not obligatory. We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests that do not meet the conditions stated on this page.
b. Full Refund Will Be Issued If
- Your application has been declined by the Republic of Armenia e-Visa authorities and no consular processing costs were retained by the official system.
- We are unable to submit your application due to a technical failure on our platform and no processing work was completed on your behalf.
Where official consular fees have already been remitted or retained by the authorities, only the unused service portion of your payment may be refunded, if applicable.
c. Partial Refund Will Be Issued If
- Armenia or your intended region of travel is restricted or not accepting tourists at the time of travel due to official government advisories.
- Your destination is affected by a natural disaster, public health emergency or a situation widely reported by global media, making travel impossible or officially discouraged.
- Processing was started but not completed, and only part of the service fee can be recovered after deducting costs already incurred.
Partial refunds are assessed case by case and are not guaranteed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method you used for your original transaction, wherever technically possible. The refund process may take 7–15 working days from the date your request is approved, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Consular fees paid to official authorities are generally non-refundable once an application has been lodged, even if a visa is later refused. Service fees may be subject to different rules as outlined above.
Cancellation Requests
To request cancellation or a refund, please contact us promptly through the Contact Us page and include your application reference number, payment date and a brief description of your request. Requests received after processing has begun are less likely to qualify for a refund.
You may also track your application status before submitting a refund request.
